Five acres, a bowling alley, a beauty salon, parking for 100 cars, and 57,000 square feet of living space that late super-producer Aaron Spelling and his wife, Candy, called home. The perfect cozy nest for a single, 22 year-old, right?

It is now. According to reports, Petra Ecclestone, daughter of British billionaire and Formula One magnate Bernie Ecclestone, has purchased the mansion from Candy Spelling. Although the estate was listed for $150 million back in March 2009, it is not clear exactly how much Eccelstone paid to snag it.

Ecclestone created her own menswear label, called Form, in 2007. Shen then signed on to design for Croatian clothing manufacturer Siscia. Eccelstone's mother, Slavica, was a model in her native Croatia.

The French chateau-style Spelling mansion, dubbed "The Manor," is a nice step up for Eccelstone. She previously made due with a six-story house in London's Chelsea neighborhood worth over $90 million.

Bernie Eccelstone's net worth is estimated to be about $4 billion.
