The San Francisco medical examiner says a body found off the Farallon Islands is one of four sailors that have been missing since their yacht capsized during a race earlier this month.
The San Francisco Chronicle reported that the body of 25-year-old Jordan Fromm was spotted Thursday near the islands, located about 27 miles west of San Francisco.
Three of Fromm's crewmates have yet to be found since the April 14 accident: Alexis Busch, Alan Cahill and Elmer Morrissey. The body of 46-year-old Marc Kasanin was found previously.
The news comes after the Sonoma County coroner identified another body found in the ocean below Bodega Head as 57-year-old Brian Christopher Abel. There was speculation Abel's body could have been that of another missing sailor.
