Two fishermen are missing after their boat capsized Sunday off the San Mateo County coast. One of the missing men was identified by family members as 46-year-old Ping Yau Tsang of San Francisco. "I hope my husband come back," a tearful Jindi Guan told NBC Bay Area on Sunday night. "Because my daughter at home waiting for you." Monte Francis reports.

The men who died were not wearing life jackets and separated from two of their friends, who were wearing lifejackets, and made it safely to shore.  Coast guard officials said their 23-foot fishing boat capsized a mile of the coast about 5:30 a.m. south of Half Moon Bay. A big wave hit the boat and caused it to capsized. The Coast Guard didn't get word about the missing fishermen until about six hours later.
