We know Boxer is running. But will Carly?

California Sen. Barbara Boxer says she has raised $1.5 million in the second quarter for her 2010 re-election campaign.

That fundraising haul leaves her with more than $5.4 million cash-on-hand. Boxer, a Democrat, plans to seek her fourth term in the Senate.

She has to file a report with the Federal Election Commission by Wednesday showing her campaign activity from April 1 through June 30. She released the top numbers on Monday.

Boxer is expected to easily win next year's Democratic primary.

On the Republican side, state Assemblyman Chuck DeVore has already declared his candidacy.

The big name we are still to hear from is former Hewlett Packard CEO Carly Fiorina.  She is "considering" entering the race.
