Pervert in Palo Alto takes stalking to whole new level
A 30 year-old man is in jail, after flashing and masturbating in front of his victim.

It was exposure, and it was certainly indecent.
While watching one woman at a Palo Alto bus stop, a 30 year-old man was caught repeatedly exposing himself and masturbating from inside his vehicle.
Caught using police surveillance video, the woman reported hearing load moans from the man while he watched her from his 1988 Nissan Pathfinder, for two weeks.
The alleged stalker, Jose Hernandez, was arrested on Tuesday by an undercover officer and is being charged with indecent exposure and driving without a license. Hernandez has been booked into Santa Clara County jail.
In an unrelated incident, San Francisco police booked a teen on several charges of sexual assault, after blogs had dubbed the suspect the "Muni Humper." Does that make this guy "the Bus Stop Bumper"?
