One man was hospitalized following a shooting in San Jose Sunday evening, a police spokesman said.
Officer Albert Morales said officers responded around 9 p.m. to a report of a shooting in the 3000 block of Story Road.
Officers arrived to find a man outside near a business suffering from at least one gunshot wound, Morales said.
The man was transported to a hospital where police said he is being treated, although Morales said he did not know the extent of the man's injuries.
Police have not located a suspect and Morales said the motive and circumstances surrounding the shooting are not known at this time.
