Small Earthquake Hits East Bay

A small quake struck about 3 miles north-northeast of San Leandro tonight. The quake hit at 11:36 p.m. It was a magnitude 3.6.

There was a small aftershock at 11:41 p.m. It was a magnitude 2.3.
