Officers from Union City police, Hayward police and the Alameda County Sheriff's Office served search warrants Thursday in locations in Union City and Hayward as part of the investigation, Union City police said.

The warrants resulted in the arrests of Eric Estrada, 22, of Hayward and Union City and Robert "Dylan" Redding, 19, of Union City, police said. Several other people were detained and released.
