Giants trainer Dave Groeschner said that closer Brian Wilson's underwent successful Tommy John surgery Thursday in Florida, according to Associated Press reporter Janie McCauley.
McCauley tweeted Thursday afternoon that Groeschner told her that the surgery was "all done" and "went as planned."
