    One of the fathers of the hardcore punk movement is still rocking after all these years. Formed in 1977, Bad Brains is considered by many to be one of the pioneers of the hardcore movement. The D.C. natives will play Slim's tonight at 9.

    The pride of Australia supposdly retired years ago but like a bad hip hop act that hasn't stopped Crowded House from putting out records. Lucky for fans of 80s music too because their sound is not bad after all these years and they are back for a second night in the Bay Area. The Melbourne-based rockers will play the Mountain Winery in Saratoga tonight to promote their latest release at 7 p.m.
