Christopher Pfeifer said he lost control of his car on Monday and ran it off the road.
Pfeifer eventually crawled his way back up a 300-foot hillside where a Fed-Ex driver found him Wednesday afternoon.
He was taken to the hospital for a compound fracture in his arm and broken ribs.
