A Santa Clara County judge will hear arguments for a recount in the measure to extend BART to San Jose.
Opponents of Measure B say it is so close, finding one invalid vote per precint would defeat the measure.
The lawsuit also seeks an injunction to prevent Santa Clara County from certifying the results until a recount is done.
