Do hipsters like cheese?
The Mission district is about to find out. The fine folks over at Mission Mission reports that the neighborhood popular with the skinny jean wearing, soy latte sipping crowd is about to get their own little neighborhood boutique cheese shop.
Mission Cheese will open sometime "in the next couple of months" on Valencia Street, between 18th and 19th streets.
