THE EMBARCADERO—Next Tuesday (4/7) is the second dinner in the Moveable Feast series to benefit CUESA and its farmer folk. The multi-course dinner is at One Market, and there are still a few seats available. More information, including ticket purchases, can be had right here. [EaterWire]

EXCELSIOR—This Thursday, Broken Record will plead its case to stay open until 2am, as seen on Menupages. The current zoning for the Excelsior bar requires that it close at 11pm, and the preliminary rec is disapproval, which according to the bar, is bad news for its future. You do hate to see that. [MP]
