Earlier in the week, Alice Waters let it be known that a) butter-covered bacon sandwiches, if local, are excellent treats, and more importantly for our purposes here, b) that she could feed 20 people with two heads of cauliflower. Well, 7x7 took her up on that challenge by asking local chefs if it's true. Gerald Hirigoyen said there's no way he could do it, Chris Kronner could swing a soup for ten people, Mark Denham said pasta for 12 was doable, and Acme's Thom Fox simply confused us, leaving us without a definite answer.
