What: 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment
Where: Cole Valley
How much: $3850
The Hard Sell: At 1600 square feet, you're really paying for the square footage on this Victorian apartment. "Massive amounts of cabinets" plus an old-timey fireplace are nice touches, but the kicker: "beautiful" yard and garden shared with two other units.
