1) The Marina: Almost exactly a month after it shuttered for renovations, Eastside West is now planning on reopening tomorrow (Thursday). The overhaul/freshening came courtesy of Rob Lam and the rest of Team Butterfly, and with a new focus on the American menu (American Kobe burgers, etc.), we're looking forward to seeing if it will evolve into more of a restaurant proper or if it will still be a Marina robots bar. 2) Mill Valley: Speaking of the corner of Greenwich and Fillmore, Balboa Cafe's first offshoot opened this week in Marin.
