TyFlo Opens Rotisserie & Wine

Just in time to add more holiday poundage, Florence and business partner Jeremy Fox are ready to unveil their spiffy new waterfront restaurant down the river from Morimoto Napa, seating 93 indoors and 60 out on the patio. Rotisserie & Wine's menu concept is based on the Southern idea of "meat and three" with plenty of juicy animal parts like chicken and ribs twirling on a flame-engulfed stick, as well as elevated comfort dishes like deviled duck eggs, cheese puffs with bacon mornay, and duck confit and waffles. If you're still too full from Thanksgiving to roll yourself over to Napa, try TyFlo's other comfort creations at Wayfare Tavern first.
