Two men were killed in Oakland just before midnight on Tuesday.
Officers descended on Chavez Park at Foothill Boulevard and 38th Avenue after 11 p.m., a police spokeswoman said. The victims were pronounced dead at the scene. The spokeswoman said they had suffered at least one gunshot woman each.
