Later this month, everyone's favorite hot mess, Britney Spears will be paying San Francisco a visit. Spears will be shooting a performance for "Good Morning America" outside the Castro Theater, reports the Examiner.
The 400 and 500 blocks of Castro Street betwee market and 19th will be closed starting just before midnight on March 26th until about 4 or 5 p.m. the next day, said Supervisor Scot Wiener.
The performance will only be an hour, and will air March 29th.
Wiener said a number of people will get to see the performance for free, but ABC is still working it out with local groups. He also said while the cost of the event is unknown, ABC will pay the city for any expenditures, including police, rerouting Muni, and moving cables.
Spears will arrive a few days early and meet with youth organizations.
