Mountain View police are searching for potential victims of an online dating scheme in which a supposed female persuaded her dates to bring a large amount of cash with them, so she could scatter it on a bed and roll around in it.

Police arrested suspects Nazario Cruz of Mountain View, Jose Urias of East Palo Alto and an unidentified juvenile Thursday.

Police said when the victims arrived at the designated meeting place, they were robbed by two men, one believed to be armed.

Police said there are three confirmed reports of such robberies happening in Mountain View since May. They think there may have been more, and they want to find the victims.
