A man robbed a bank Thursday afternoon in Oakland and fled in a wheelchair, police said.
Someone called police at 2:35 p.m. to report the robbery in the 1200 block of Clay Street.
Police said they have detained a suspect who was described as a man in his late 40s wearing a navy blue jacket.
