A preliminary 2.6 magnitude earthquake struck Friday morning near Pleasant Hill, according to the United States Geological Survey.
The quake hit at 9:36 a.m. and was centered about 2 miles southeast of Pleasant Hill, the USGS said.
No other information was immediately available.
