The CHP is investigating a possible freeway shooting on Interstate 80 in Richmond Tuesday night.
The investigation began after a victim walked into a local hospital with a non-life-threatening injury and said it happened on the freeway.
Officers were near McBryde Ave around 9:30 p.m. looking for evidence.
All lanes reopened by 11 p.m.
