San Jose police are investigating the city's third homicide of 2015, according to Sgt. Heather Randol.
Police said they responded to a report of a shooting around 9:45 p.m. Saturday on the 300 block of North Capitol Avenue in East San Jose. When police arrived, they said they found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
He was taken to the hospital, where he later died, Randol said. Police are still investigating the motive.
There are no suspects in custody yet.
