Doctors in Modesto had to remove a screwdriver from a man's chest this weekend.
The man who did the stabbing was related to the victim, but Police aren't saying how.
Police arrested 21-year-old Mark Anthony Rivera on Saturday on suspicion of attempted murder.
Doctors say the screwdriver punctured the man's lung, barely missing his heart.
The victim is recovering from surgery today.
