San Jose police are looking for a suspect and a motive in the city's first homicide of 2009.
Officers responding to a report of gunfire found a male victim in a driveway at a home on the 2700 block of Glen Amador Court, near Eastridge Shopping Center.
The victim had multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
San Jose police are asking anyone with information about this case to call their Homicide Unit at 408-277-5283, or Crime Stoppers at 408-947-STOP.
