Police are still searching for a 66-year-old woman who was reported missing and at-risk nearly two weeks ago in East Palo Alto.

Wamaitha Kaboga-Miller went to the Country Time Market on University Avenue and was seen driving away heading east on Aug. 17, according to Palo Alto police.

The family reported her missing the next day, but police said they have no new leads and are asking for the public's help.

Kaboga-Miller's family and friends have launched a search effort to find her, circulating several posters and canvassing the area where she was last seen. One poster says she was recovering from surgery and wearing a black back brace when she went to the store.

Kaboga-Miller takes multiple prescription medications but left them at home, according to police. She was last seen driving a silver 2002 Mercedes-Benz with California license plate No. DP241LU.

Police said they have not received any evidence that indicates criminal activity was involved in her disappearance.

Anyone with information about the missing woman is asked to call Palo Alto police dispatch at (650) 329-2413.
