Arrest warrant issued for John "Jack" Nelson, alleged serial tagger.

The next bombing may be Jack's last.

Alleged serial graffiti artist John "Jack" Nelson is the man who brazenly tagged the Hibernia Bank building in San Francisco, according to San Francisco police, who have issued a warrant for his arrest.

He appears in this video, plying his trade in the most-prominent of places, as per the Chronicle:

A $40,000 warrant for his arrest was issued Friday by police, who told the newspaper that "aspects of the video" aided in his identification.

Nelson, a onetime San Francisco resident, is believed to be "on the run" from justice.
