Police are investigating a shooting that occurred outside a store in Morgan Hill Friday night.
The incident occurred on Monterey Road near Sun Valley Market around 5:30 p.m., police said.
Several people were outside the market when a confrontation broke out and someone pulled a gun and fired.
No one was hit and the suspect ran away, said police.

Southbound Monterey Road was shut down from Dunne Avenue to San Pedro, police said.
No additional information was immediately available.
