Some 58,000 children in Gaza have been killed, injured or displaced in the past 10 days of conflict, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs warned Friday. The Obama administration accused Israel on Thursday of not trying harder to prevent civilian casualties in Gaza during its attacks on Hamas militants. The U.S. State Department said the high civilian death toll in Gaza has been "heartbreaking."
