Sliding oil prices may be hitting ISIS' pockets but they're also hurting a country fighting to defeat the militants: Iraq.
With price of oil at lowest level since May 2003, coupled with coalition airstrikes on ISIS cash piles, the fighters' finances has reportedly been placed under pressure, NBC News reported.
But, Iraq's Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi told CNBC News that it's been "very tough" for country the fighting three wars simultaneously: Against ISIS, corruption and economic struggles.
There is quite a challenge ahead because I have to use many of my resources to fight Daesh," he said.
