Ex-Con Nabbed in Colorado Bomb Attempt

Police in Boulder, Colo., arrested Earl Albert Moore, the paroled bank robber suspected in last week's failed bomb plot in Colorado. Moore, 65, is suspected of planting a pipe bomb in a mall just two miles away from Columbine High School, where 13 people were killed in 1999. Although the bomb attempt came on the anniversary of the Columbine attack, the FBI says the two were not likely related. Moore, who was nabbed outside a grocery store after people reported a strange man making them nervous, has a long prison record. He was sentenced in 2005 to 19 years for robbing a West Virginia bank, but his sentence was shortened by an appeals court.
