PETA says it plans to turn the home featured in the film “Silence of the Lambs” into an animal house, NBC News reported.

Tracy Reiman, the executive vice president of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, wrote a letter to the real estate agent handling the sale of the home, saying it would turn the house “into an empathy museum” for animals.

There was no immediate response from the agent.

The home, located in Layton, Pennsylvania, has yet to land a buyer. It was still on the market as of Wednesday, with an asking price of $249,000, according to the RE/MAX website.
