A's Outfielder Mark Canha Defends His Walk-up Song

It's a complete unknown how the A's will fare against the Yankees in the AL Wild Card Game, but we have a good guess how Mark Canha feels going to the postseason for the first time.

Like a Rolling Stone.

The classic Bob Dylan song has followed the A's outfielder to the plate this season and he's not turning back from it. One A's fan criticized Canha's song choice, prompting him to defend his choice of music.

The song has worked this season too. Canha, 29, has hit a career-high 17 home runs this season. His .326 on-base percentage and .450 slugging percentage have been career bests as well.

As a pinch-hitter, the ball's been Blowin' in the Wind for Canha to the tune of two home runs and a .385 batting average.

Everyone thought the A's were bound to fall, but the Times They Are A-Changin' in Oakland. And for Canha and his song choice, we have one message: Don't Think Twice, It's All Right.
