Raiders' Del Rio Pours Cold Water on JR Smith's Comments: ‘Big IF…'

Following practice on Saturday, Cavs guard J.R. Smith met with the media and was asked about trying to beat the Warriors.

"Watching basketball throughout the course of the season, you obviously know they're very good. But one thing about us, it's all about us. If we take care of what we're supposed to take care of, it doesn't matter if it's the '96 Bulls. We would win," Smith told reporters at the Warriors practice facility in Oakland.

One person isn't buy what Smith is trying to sell: Raiders head coach Jack Del Rio.

Del Rio took to Twitter on Sunday morning to react to Smith's comments.

"Big IF .................reminds me of an old saying......."if the queen had she'd be a  ," Del Rio wrote.

Smith and the Cavs will get a chance to test out his theory Sunday evening in Game 2 of the NBA Finals. The Warriors lead the series 1-0.
