Colin Cowherd Drops Very Hot Warriors Take Because of Kevon Looney

NBA free agency is lit, fam.

The Warriors have made a few moves -- one of the more prominent ones was saying goodbye to Kevin Durant who will leave the Bay Area for the Brooklyn Nets -- the Warriors acquired D'Angelo Russell.

But are they the favorite in the Western Conference in the 2019-20 season? FS1's Colin Cowherd seems to think so:

Kevon Looney agreed to a three-year contract worth $15 million according to multiple reports which will have him staying with Golden State. Is that a game changer? I mean, all things considered, sure.

In addition to the subtraction of KD, the team also lost Andre Iguodala to the Memphis Grizzlies

So the Dubs are sitting somewhat pretty. Well, kind of ... I mean, they're not going to be bad, but it won't be easy. And we don't 100 percent know when the team will get Klay Thompson back, but not until later in the season. And the rest of the conference is getting some strong action as well.

Anthony Davis will officially be a member of the Los Angeles Lakers on July 6 which will, of course, team him up with LeBron James -- and the team will still have plenty of cap space to bring on a max player.

Ahem ... Kawhi Leonard hasn't signed with anyone yet.

You just relax there Cowherd. The Warriors will be good as usual, but they're not the only team out there with great players.
