The Sean Doolittle trade stings twice as much for A's fans.
Not only are they losing the fan-favorite reliever, but they are losing his better half, Eireann Dolan, who became a prominent figure in the community.
Shortly after the A's finished off a sweep of the Indians, Dolan posted a series of pictures with a farewell message to A's fans.
"A's fans, I will miss you terribly. I will forever be thankful for how you welcomed and embraced us and our weirdness for the last 5 years," Dolan wrote.
