DeMarcus Cousins is changing teams but not jersey numbers -- and that might drop a big hint about the Warriors' roster plans.
It was revealed during Cousins' introductory press conference Thursday that he'll wear No. 0 for the Warriors in the 2018-19 season.

Cousins wore No. 15 with the Kings for his first seven NBA seasons before he was traded to the Pelicans. Upon his arrival in New Orleans midway through the 2016-17 season, Cousins converted to No. 0.

Now Boogie also will wear No. 0 for the Warriors -- and that had been Patrick McCaw's jersey number since Golden State made him a second-round pick in the 2016 NBA Draft.
"Let's just say Pat's a tough negotiator," Cousins said when asked about taking McCaw's number.

McCaw currently is a restricted free agent. So, did Cousins just break news that the Warriors will re-sign the shooting guard? Otherwise, why would Boogie have to negotiate for a number that might be vacant?
