Joe Lacob: ‘That's What People Should Be Worried About' When It Comes to the Warriors

The Warriors have won three of the last four NBA championships.

And they are the frontrunners to win the title again next season.

So their owner is probably extremeley satisfied, right?

Wrong. That's not how Joe Lacob is built.

"You can't just rest on your laurels. We have to start working on next year right now," Lacob told ESPN's Ramona Shelburne shortly after the Warriors swept the Cavs in June.

And in a recent feature story from Ethan Strauss of The Athletic, Lacob said:

"We're still really hungry. That's what people should be worried about if they're going to be worried about anything."

Some people already think the Warriors have "ruined the NBA."

Imagine what they will say if the Warriors win again next season, and then re-sign Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson...
