Kevin Durant Says Goodbye to Oracle Arena After Warriors Lose NBA Finals

The lights have gone out at Oracle Arena.

Kevin Durant and the Warriors will never play another game in the historic building. After three years of calling Oracle his home, Durant will always cherish his time there.

The day after the Warriors' 114-110 loss to the Raptors in Game 6 of the NBA Finals, Durant sent his final farewell to his former home court on Friday morning.

"I'll never forget u!" Durant wrote on Instagram with a black and white photograph of Oracle Arena.

Durant averaged 25.8 points, 7.1 rebounds and 5.4 assists per game in three seasons with the Warriors where Oracle Arena was his home court. The arena saw him win two titles and two Finals MVP awards.

Durant strained his right calf in his final game at Oracle Arena when the Warriors beat the Rockets in Game 5 of the Western Conference semifinals. He scored 22 points in his last showing.

Now, we wait and see if Durant will be a Warrior when the team moves to the Chase Center in San Francisco.
