The San Francisco 49ers on Friday picked Notre Dame guard Aaron Banks in the second round of the NFL Draft.
Banks is from Alameda and went to El Cerrito High School.
With the third overall pick, the 49ers on Thursday selected their franchise quarterback of the future, taking North Dakota State’s Trey Lance.
