A 17-year-old from Alaska became the newest Olympic sensation when she won gold in the women's 100m breaststroke Tuesday.

Seeing Lydia Jacoby’s hometown of Seward, Alaska, celebrate the teen’s win was one of the most magical moments of the Tokyo Olympics so far.
