The Warriors welcome Oakland native Damian Lillard to Oracle for the final time on Thursday night, and they hope to send him back to Portland with a ninth straight regular season loss in Oakland.
Both the Warriors and Blazers are trying to bounce back from rough Christmas Day losses. Golden State got drubbed by the Lakers, 127-101, while Portland lost in Utah, 117-96.
The Warriors spent the last two days trying to get their groove back. Klay Thompson and Draymond Green, both mired in slumps, proclaimed Thursday that they will find their way out of it quickly.
