Commonwealth Finally Goes Live Tonight

After months of fundraising and talk the night has finally come for the next course at Mission Street Food: a permanent location of its own.

Commonwealth is scheduled to open Tuesday night in San Francisco's Mission district at  2224 Mission St., and according to Inside Scoop a lot has changed since Mission Street Food was running out of Lung Shan.

The brain child of Anthony Myint and Jason Fox will have both an a la carte and a six-course tasting menu. And true to their word, the chefs behind Commonwealth will donate $10 of the $60 tasting menu to charity.

There will be 45 chairs to hosts fans of Mission Street Food and while you can reserve a seat in advance on OpenTable there is promised to be seating for strollers in as well. At last check there were still a couple of open tables for Tuesday's launch.
