    $1.4 Million Powerball Ticket Sold in Union City

    A winning Powerball ticket worth $1.4 million was sold at a Union City liquor store, lottery officials said late Wednesday.

    The winning ticket matched all five numbers, but missed the Powerball number. It was sold at Perry's Liquor, located at 31885 Alvarado Blvd.

    The winning white balls were 02-11-47-62-63, with a Powerball of 17 and a Power Play of 3.

    A lottery spokeswoman told NBC News late Wednesday there was no Powerball jackpot winner. The jackpot now rises to $675,000,000 -- the largest in US history.
