A two-year investigation has dismantled a drug distribution network in the South Bay, authorities believe.
In a raid on an East San Jose residence conducted by the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office on Friday, officers seized 29 pounds of crystal methamphetamine, four pounds of cocaine, a pound of heroin, two loaded firearms and approximately $825,000.
The drugs are believed to have a street value of $1.5 million and the raid represents a $2.3 million loss for the drug trafficking organization, according to the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office.
Jose Alonso Jimenez-Olmos, 22, has been identified as the primary suspect. He was not home at the time of the raid and is currently at-large.
Those with information regarding Jimenez-Olmos' whereabouts are asked to contact the Sheriff's Office Special Operations Division at (408) 808-4401.
