A member of the Navy's Special Operations Team from San Jose was eulogized Tuesday night.

Zach Buob, a career Navy man, lost his life on a Southern California highway in what is being called an act of road rage.

About 80 people gathered at Oak Hill Memorial Park in San Jose late Tuesday to remember Buob, a 1994 graduate of San Jose's Independence High School.

On May 28, Buob was riding his motorcycle in San Diego County when he was struck from behind by a motorist.

Witnesses said a motorist chased Buob down and ran him over after slowed down in front of her tailgating.

The motorist, Darla Jackson of Imperial Beach, has been charged with murder.
