Panoramic Hwy Reopens After Mudslide in Marin

Reports of the mudslide and a fallen tree that completely blocked the roadway were reported at about 12:30 p.m., according to the CHP.

A mudslide in Marin County resulted in the closure of Panoramic Highway near state Highway 1 for several hours Saturday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Reports of the mudslide and a fallen tree that completely blocked the roadway were reported at about 12:30 p.m., CHP Officer Eric Anderson said.

Officers had shut down the roadway, which reopened at about 2:30 p.m., Anderson said.
