San Jose police are looking for a missing person who walked away from a care home in San Jose Saturday.
Police said Joseph Twitchell left a care home in the 500 block of Canton Drive around 4 p.m.
Police said Twitchell had previously suffered a head injury and has the mental capacity of a 10-year-old.
He frequents the 7-Eleven in the area of Blossom Hill Road and Chesbro Avenue in San Jose.
Police said Twitchell takes daily medications and is considered to be at risk because of his mental capacity.
Twitchell was last seen wearing a red shirt, gray sweatpants and a brown baseball hat.
